Located at 3097 Cottage Way – across from Kaiser Hospital ( pool is 4,519 square feet)

Safe and fun swim parties can be held at Cottage Pool. This beautiful facility has a 1-meter diving board with deep dive well, a spiral water slide, grass area, and a shaded seating area. Showers are also available! Rentals require a minimum booking of two hours.

Reservation and Payment Details:

• To reserve the pool, a $200 initial payment is required. This payment is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before the rental date.

Rental Rates:

• For groups of 1-100 people: $180 per hour for residents or students enrolled within the District, $200 per hour for non-residents.
• For groups of 101-200 people: $270 per hour for residents or District students, $300 per hour for non-residents.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 6-30 days before the rental date will result in a $100 forfeiture of the rental fee.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

The final day to rent the pool for the 2026 summer season is September 6th.

Please note that District programming takes priority over private rentals, and all rental requests are subject to District approval.

Clean Up and Repair Fees

Any costs incurred by the District for clean-up, facility repairs or equipment replacement will be billed to the renter. Failure to pay within ten (10) business days will result in legal action. Any costs associated with the collection of monies due, including legal costs, will be the responsibility of the renter.
