Each workshop in our three-part series builds the skills, confidence, and delicious results you need to master the art of sourdough. From understanding your starter and shaping beautiful loaves, to scoring designs and baking with bold flavor — every class unlocks a new level of sourdough magic!

When you join the full series, you’ll get hands-on practice, personalized support, and the chance to watch your own bread-making skills rise. Plus, you’ll connect with fellow bakers and celebrate each milestone — from bubbly starters to picture-perfect crusts.

Sourdough 101: Meet Your Starter - November 5, 2025; 2-3:30pm

Starter creation + feeding schedule, fermentation basics. Leave with: Starter in a jar + mixing spatula & care card.

 

Dough Development: Gluten Strength - November 12, 2025; 1-3:30pm

Bring your starter back for autolyze, stretch & fold, and shaping. Leave with: Dough-in-progress, bowl, tea towel, & bench scraper.

 

Shape, Score, Bake: Bake Day Skills - November 14, 2025; 2-3:30pm

Bring your dough back for scoring, and dutch oven baking. Leave with: Your baked loaf, scoring tool, and tips!
